A well-rounded Vinyasa Flow totally body workout sequence. We begin with Sun Salutations to strengthen and tone the upper body as well as stretch out stiffness in the back body, and raise our cardiovascular ( cardio ) endurance.
After we’re all warmed up we’ll hold trading poses to tone, stretch, and strengthen the legs, hips, and glutes.
After the standing poses, we’ll exercise the core, and practice some backbends to strengthen and tone the back muscles, and open the chest and shoulders.
